Skeeter, the techno dragon.
Idk, I just doodled him up while listening to techno music. I also worked on this in the livestream. Bleh.
Okay now I'll write more about this.
So I'm going to keep him as a character and make a ref for him.... eventually. And maybe make him a species, IdK yet. I'm not really ready for that kind of commitment. Just kidding, but idk, maybe when I get time. Or motivation really.
